About This Trip

Focus:

Partnering with Convoy of Hope in Evansville, Indiana. July 19th - 26th 2020. Community Events are a large city wide event, where local churches and organizations from all over the city serve families in need by providing them with groceries, health and dental screenings, haircuts, family portraits, a meal, job career services, veteran services and fun zone for the kids. Life Fellowship will take a team of people the week before and come alongside them to help, with invites, set-up, serve in positions day of the event and also to learn from this huge event to possibly put one of these events on here through our Dream Center.
If you have a desire to go on a mission trip and be the hands and feet of Jesus, then join us as we bring Hope, love and tangible services to a community in need.

*Payment deadlines must be met in order to participate in this trip. Life Fellowship Church uses each payment to purchase airfare and other necessary trip expenses shortly following the posted deadlines. Therefore, payments are non-refundable, and failure to meet these deadlines will result in the removal of a team member and/or the cancellation of the trip.

Where will we stay?

Our team will stay at a local area hotel (included in trip cost).

What will we eat?

Teams will have hotel Continental breakfast in the morning, sack lunches during the day, and usually dine out for team dinners most evenings.

What should I bring?

Please bring everything that you will need for showering and daily hygiene. Pack work clothes that you you don't mind getting dirty or ruined, closed-toed shoes, long pants for working, a sweatshirt or jacket (it may get cold at night), t-shirts & one church outfit. A more detailed pack list can be shared closer to departure date.

What does the trip cost include?

The trip cost includes transportation cost, meals, and lodging. It does not include snacks, souvenirs or personal spending money.

  • Meeting 2/Payment: March 29 - $250
  • Meeting 3/Payment: Apr 26 - $250
  • Final Meeting/Balance Due: June 6 - $250

  • This trip is for ages 12 & up. Ages 12-15 must travel w/parent. Ages 16-17 can travel with parent consent.
